We're looking for a CPTO (m/f/x) as Co-founder for COCO.‍

At COCO, we're building a new kind of image Al. One that doesn't ask what someone looks like: but instead, what they feel, what they're doing, and where they are. No prompting for race, gender, or body types.

This isn’t checkbox diversity. It’s representation by design.

Built for publishers, educators, creative teams: for anyone shaping how the world is seen.And now we’re looking for a technical Co-Founder (CPTO) who’s hands-on, values-driven, and asap available.

You’re available over the next 4 weeks to help us finalize and launch our MVP.

You might be a great fit if:
→ You’ve successfully built and shipped AI/ML systems, ideally with image generation (Diffusion, GANs, etc.)
→ You’re fluent in Python, and experienced with PyTorch or TensorFlow
→ You’ve taken models from training into production & inference
→ You can build strong backends or full-stack prototypes (FastAPI, Flask, Django)
→ You’re comfortable with Docker, Git, and cloud infra (AWS, GCP)
→ And most importantly: you ship, not just prototype

Your role at COCO:
→ You’ll co-own the tech and product vision as a founding team member
→ You’ll help define and execute a clear roadmap
→ You’ll build the infrastructure that enables diverse-by-default image generation
→ You’ll make sure our system reflects ethical standards, not through filters, but at its core
→ You’ll lead decisions on testing, releases, and inclusive design principles
→ You’re our Tech poster child for one of the most exciting Social Impact Tech startups

This role requires a certain amount of experience.
